Apology of Cancellation of the Event

Dear Valued Customers,
We regret to inform all our valued customers that MAIDO has decided to cancel our annual event, the Spring Festival, which was scheduled on April 11th, 2020 due to the public health concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our customers and employees are important to us. Out of an abundance of caution we would like to avoid any possible public health risks from the event to protect our customers and employees. We will open regular store hours with extra precautions to welcome all customers.
We, MAIDO, sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that all our customers have faced and look forward to having this event next year.

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴う
「春まつり」中止のお知らせ

拝啓 新春の候、皆様方におかれましては益々ご清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。平素はMAIDOに格別のご高配とご協力を賜り心より御礼申し上げます。
さて、このたび新型コロナウィルスについて、ＷＨＯ＝世界保健機関による「国際的に懸念される公衆衛生上の緊急事態」宣言およびペンシルベニア州が当該感染症を「非常事態宣言」とする政令を３月６日に発表しましたことを受けまして、お客様およびプレゼンターの健康と安全を最優先に考慮し、毎年恒例の「春まつり」イベントの開催を急遽、中止させていただくこととなりました。
スタッフ一同、開催にむけて準備をして参りましたが、想定を上回る緊急事態に苦渋の決断をせざるを得ない状況となり、ご来場を楽しみにしていたお客様には、大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。なお、店内では通常よりさらに衛生面に配慮した接客を心がけ通常通り営業をさせていただきますので引き続きよろしくお願いいたします。
引き続き、スタッフ一同、MAIDOを盛り上げるべく尽力して参りますので、末永くご愛顧のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
