(Recipe) Silken Tofu Chocolate Cake in Microwave

This is the perfect recipe for you who want an easy and healthy sweet making experience. This is also perfect for you if you do not want to consume ingredients that are bad for you. All you have to do is to drain water from tofu, melt the chocolate in the microwave, mix, and let cool. Even if you have never made sweets before, you will be able to make this cake like a professional, so give it a try.

Ingredients (1 serving):

2.7 oz./75 g of silken/soft tofu

1.8 oz. g of chocolate

2.1 oz./60 g of honey (optional)


1. Wrap the tofu in a paper towel, place in a heatproof container, and microwave in a 1000 W microwave oven for 1.5 minutes. When the tofu has cooled, remove the paper towel and wipe off water on the surface with a new paper towel.

2. Melt chocolate in microwave. The time depends on the type of chocolate. Add 30 seconds at 1000 W and see how it goes.

3. Mash the drained tofu. The finer the texture, the better.

4. Mix with melted chocolate and mashed tofu. Mixing well here will determine the texture.

5. Place a parchment sheet in a container, pour the mixture into the container, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy.
