TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the entirety of the Terms and Conditions for the Maido! Rewards program. The program is subject to change at any time to improve your experience.

 

The Maido! Rewards account associated with the card will accumulate points based on the value of your qualifying purchases at the rate of one (1) point for each dollar ($1.00) spent at Maido!, including those made at the restaurant and the market.

Once 500 points have been accumulated, these will be automatically deducted from the account balance, and a coupon for the amount of $10 issued on your receipt. The current account balance will be available on your receipt.

 

Non-qualifying purchases include the following: Sushi, Maido! Gift Cards, Eri's Handmade Accessories, and Origami Earrings. Purchases made through third parties such as Caviar do not qualify for the Maido! Rewards program.

 

  • You must register your Maido! Rewards card within thirty (30) days of issuance to be eligible for participation in the program. You may register by filling out the application form at Maido! or online at http://www.maidoardmore.com/rewards . If you fail to register within the allowed time, you may forfeit any rewards associated with the use of the card.

  • You must be a resident of the United States and at least 13 years of age.

  •  Maido! cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged Maido! Rewards cards and/or redeemable rewards for any reason.

  • You must present a card at the time of purchase to obtain points.

  • Maido! is unable to add points after receiving a payment.

  • The coupon will not be replaced for any reason.

  • Maido! Rewards have no cash value and you have no property or other interest or right to them, and may not transfer or encumber them.

  • Maido! Rewards coupons may not be split between purchases and must be used in a single transaction. Multiple coupons may be used in a single transaction.

  • Maido! Rewards coupons cannot lower the total for a transaction below $0.00

  • Your account information will be handled according to the Maido! Privacy Policy. Please refer to http://www.MaidoArdmore.com/privacy-policy for details.

  • Maido! retains the right to terminate your membership, and/or the Maido! Rewards program, in which case all accumulated program rewards are forfeited.

  • Maido! retains the right to change and/or modify Maido! Rewards terms without notice.

  • Void where prohibited, subject to eligibility requirements and program terms, conditions and limitations.

  • BY PARTICIPATING IN THE MAIDO! REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AND ANY ACCUMULATED BENEFITS.
