New at Maido are Nabe Soup Bases by Daisho! Just in time for hot pot season, we now have super-simple nabe soup bases in eight different flavors! Pick from soy sauce, sweet and sour chicken, miso, curry, hot and spicy, miso sesame, kimchi and miso kimchi flavors. Each base is pre-formulated so no dilution is required and packaged at the perfect size for your average hot pot. Simply empty the pouch into your nabe pot, turn on the heat, toss in your ingredients and enjoy! Nabe broths are only available seasonally during the fall and winter, so supplies are limited.
