This shabu-shabu soup features a refreshing ume plum flavor and the aroma of shiso leaves, enhancing the deliciousness of the ingredients. Briefly dip the thin sliced pork in the hot water to cook and enjoy them with vegetables cooked in the soup. We recommend finishing with udon noodles.


Fuji Shoten, Pork and Ginger (2-3 Servings)

It's perfect for warming up on cold winter nights. This hot pot broth features a base of carefully selected miso and generous amounts of ginger. The rich depth of the miso and the refreshing flavor of ginger beautifully complement meat and vegetables.


Fuji Shoten, Yosenabe Bonito Broth (2-3 Servings)

Crafted with Fuji Shoten's signature raw soy sauce as the base, this broth features the rich flavors of carefully selected bonito and kelp, resulting in an elegant taste. It enhances the natural flavors of all ingredients - seafood, meat, and vegetables alike. Enjoy it all the way through to the delicious rice porridge finale.


Fuji Shoten, Yosenabe Flying Fish Broth (2-3 Servings)

This richly flavored yosenabe broth generously uses flying fish stock, made from dried, grilled flying fish, prized in regions like Kyushu for its clean, sweet, and deeply savory umami flavor, offering a refined, less fishy profile than other broths. It has the distinct flavor of their signature raw soy sauce as well. Enjoy every last drop, right down to the udon noodles at the end.


Fuji Shoten, Chicken & Duck (2-3 Servings)

This hot pot soup base was developed to enhance the flavor of chicken and duck meat. Its authentic soy sauce flavor, featuring bonito and kelp dashi that brings out the umami of chicken and duck, creates a taste that remains satisfying until the very last drop.


Fuji Shoten, Vegetable Yosenabe Bonito Broth (2-3 Servings)

Crafted with their signature raw soy sauce base, this broth features the rich flavors of carefully selected bonito and kelp for an elegant taste. Savor the full umami of the vegetables. For the perfect finale, enjoy a delicious rice porridge packed with vegetable goodness.

This chanko (it is the Sumo wrestlers' hot pot style) soup features a rich, refined flavor from generous amounts of flying fish broth. The distinctive taste of their premium raw soy sauce and carefully selected roasted flying fish broth perfectly complements chicken, meatballs, and vegetables. For the final course, we recommend udon noodles to fully savor the agodashi flavor.


Fuji Shoten, Seafood Shabu-Shabu (2-3 Servings)

This soy sauce-based shabu-shabu soup features a rich bonito broth. A perfect balance of acidity and chili pepper eliminates any fishy odor, allowing you to enjoy it deliciously even without dipping sauces or condiments.


Fuji Shoten, Monkfish Miso (2-3 Servings)

Simply simmer monkfish and vegetables to enjoy a hassle-free monkfish hot pot. The flavor of carefully selected miso and dashi made from bonito and kelp eliminates any fishy odor while enhancing the monkfish's savory taste.


Fuji Shoten, Yellowtail Flying Fish Soy Sauce Broth (2-3 Servings)

Hakata-style ozoni (soup for New Year with mochi rice cakes) traditionally includes yellowtail, and they've recreated that delicious flavor in this hot pot broth. The carefully selected flavors of roasted flying fish and bonito broth enhance the taste of the yellowtail and vegetables. Simply add round mochi at the end and simmer to complete your Hakata-style ozoni finale.


Marukin, Osaka Udon Sukiyaki (3-4 Servings)

Enjoy Osaka's famous udon sukiyaki at home. While sukiyaki features the rich umami of beef and broth, udon sukiyaki is a hot pot dish where you savor the dashi flavor and diverse ingredients. They've carefully balanced the flavor with dashi made from premium bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and Souda bonito flakes, enhanced with the umami of kelp and scallops.


Tanabiki, Karakara Honpo Original Hot Pot Soup Spicy Level 1

It's the signature hot pot soup base from Karakara Honpo, a long-beloved, line-forming restaurant in Himeji, Banshu. Spicy level 1 has the sweetness at first, then the spiciness hits! It has a deliciousness that keeps you coming back.


Tanabiki, Karakara Honpo Original Hot Pot Soup Spicy Level 3 (3-4 Servings)

It is spicier than level 1, but still has some sweetness at first. Try this one if you like spicy food!


Sun Diner, Motsu Nabe Soy Sauce Flavor (3-5 Servings)

Motsunabe is a hearty Japanese hot pot, a specialty from Fukuoka, featuring simmered beef or pork offal (motsu/intestines) in a flavorful soy sauce or miso broth with lots of cabbage, garlic chives, and garlic, often finished with noodles in the leftover broth. This light-flavored motsu nabe soup is made with Kyushu soy sauce and finished with the umami of kelp, bonito, and shiitake mushrooms. Garlic and ginger seasonings suppress the gaminess of the offal, allowing you to easily enjoy authentic Hakata-style motsu nabe at home.

This rich and addictive Japanese-style soup enhances the umami of vegetables by combining a robust dashi broth made from kombu and bonito flakes with seafood and shiitake mushroom broth. Adding vegetables makes it even more delicious. Simmer your favorite ingredients - meat, seafood, mushrooms, vegetables, and more - to enjoy.


Sun Diner, Spicy Garlic (3-4 Servings)

This addictive, rich, spicy-savory soup features a bold punch of raw garlic and fiery chili peppers, balanced with the mellow richness of sake lees and Kyushu miso for an easy-to-enjoy taste. Adding extra vegetables makes it even more delicious.

*The alcohol content in the sake lees is completely evaporated during cooking, so anyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.

Oden is a popular Japanese one-pot stew, especially beloved in winter, featuring various ingredients like fish cakes, boiled eggs, daikon radish, and tofu simmered in a light, soy-flavored dashi broth, offering a warm, comforting, and umami-rich meal often found at food stalls, convenience stores, and homes. This is a Japanese-style oden hot pot soup with a focus on broth. The broth is made from Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido and flavored with mirin Japanese sweet sake for an elegant taste.


Daisho, Sukiyaki (3-4 Servings)

Sukiyaki is a popular Japanese one-pot hot pot dish featuring thinly sliced beef (or sometimes pork/chicken) simmered at the table with vegetables, tofu, and shirataki in a sweet, savory broth of soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and sake, often dipped in raw, beaten egg before eating, making it a cozy, communal meal for colder months. The flavor of whole soy sauce is combined with broth made from Hokkaido Hidaka kelp to give a gentle mouthfeel.

The Soy Sauce Chanko is a savory soy sauce flavored Japanese traditional style hot pot soup base blended with dried bonito, kombu kelp and mirin, and black and chili pepper. Although many people may think that chanko is high in calories when it is referred to as a Sumo wrestler's meal, it is in fact a very healthy dish with plenty of vegetables. If you want something very basic, we would recommend you to try this flavor.

The Miso Chanko is a savory miso flavored Japanese traditional style hot pot soup base blended with dried bonito, kelp, and the spiciness of chili pepper. You must be familiar with miso from miso soup, but this soup base has different seasonings and flavors.

The Hot & Spicy is based on doubanjiang (Chinese chili bean paste), Japanese pepper, and other spices including star anise, a Chinese plant. It is an authentic Chinese style Xiang la hot pot soup base. There is no seafood in this soup base.

dish features a rich broth packed with the concentrated flavors of shellfish, scallops, and oysters. The savory aroma of Okinawan roasted salt and the refreshing scent of Kyushu yuzu add accents. Luxurious yet easy to prepare, its deep umami and refreshing citrus notes bring the taste of the sea to your table.


Daisho x Ippudo, Plant-Based Tonkotshu (3 Servings)

This is a collaboration soup base offering Ippudo's famous creamy, pork-bone flavor in a vegan formula, perfect for hot pots or ramen by simply adding your favorite toppings like tofu, mushrooms, and noodles for a hearty, meat-free Japanese meal with authentic rich umami. This convenient, ready-to-use broth captures the luxurious taste of traditional tonkotsu using soy milk, kelp, and other plant-based ingredients, making it a versatile staple for home cooking.


Daisho x Ippudo, Plant-Based Spicy Dan Dan (3 Servings)

It offers a rich, vegan take on classic Dan Dan noodles, combining a creamy miso base with savory soybean paste (doubanjiang), aromatic sansho pepper for numbing spice, chili oil, and sesame for authentic depth, perfect for hot pot or ramen, delivering restaurant-quality flavor without animal products.


Daisho x Ippudo, Plant-Based Paitan (3 Servings)

It's a rich and creamy vegan ramen soup base that masterfully replicates the savory depth of traditional chicken or pork paitan broth using plant-based ingredients. This unique collaboration product achieves its luxurious and mellow flavor profile by blending a soy milk base with the umami of white miso, creating a satisfying and full-bodied experience without any meat, fish, eggs, or milk products.

How to Enjoy the Perfect Hot Pot at Home

  1. Select Your Soup Base: Choose your favorite from our expanded selection above.

  2. Prepare Ingredients: Slice your choice of meats, poultry, or seafood (we offer frozen thin sliced beef and pork as well as some frozen fish at our store), and wash and cut plenty of fresh vegetables, tofu, etc. Arrange them attractively on platters. Also prepare noodles/rice for the final course.

  3. Heat & Simmer: Bring your chosen soup base to a boil in a large pot (an electric hot pot or a standard pot on a portable burner works great).

  4. Cook: Add ingredients to the simmering broth, cook them to your liking.

  5. Eat: They’re already seasoned so you don’t need dipping sauces. After eating the hot pot, it's common to add rice or noodles to the remaining soup to create a final, hearty dish, which is called shime.


Udon is a thick wheat noodle that provides a satisfying, carbohydrate-rich meal to round out your day. To meet your needs, we offer a variety of frozen udon options including these two. The one on the right has small portions.
