Ingredients:
 
2 packs of Miso Saba Mackerel
 
1 medium potato (7 oz. / 200g)
 
a pinch of salt and pepper
 
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
 
0.7 oz. / 20g of shredded cheese
 
Chopped scallions to your liking
 

 
Directions:
 
1. Peel the potato and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain and place in a heatproof container. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover with fluffy plastic wrap and cook in a microwave oven at 600W for 4 minutes until softened.
 
2. Put the mackerel in a heatproof container with the potato. Add mayonnaise and mix quickly.
 
3. Place the ingredients from #2 in a baking dish and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until browned. Sprinkle some chopped scallions on top.

Ingredients:

1 pack of grilled salmon shioyaki

1 tbsp of cooking sake

1 tbsp of mirin

a pinch of salt

Roasted white sesame seeds to your liking

Directions:

1. Break up the grilled salmon in a bowl.

2. Add salmon from #1 and seasonings to a frying pan and fry over medium heat, letting the water evaporate.

3. Add roasted sesame seeds and stir to combine.

  • It gets burned easily, so be careful when you cook.
