How do I cancel my order?If you want to cancel your order before November 30th, please send us an email to info@maidoardmore.com with your name and order confirmation number. We will issue a refund during the weekday. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reach your account.

How do I modify my order?If you need to decrease the order quantity, please cancel the entire order by sending an email to info@maidoardmore.com with your name and order confirmation number. After that, please reorder osechi. If you need to order more, simply place a new order. *Please note: we have limited quantities of osechi of 50 orders.

I am allergic to shrimp. Can I substitute them for something else?Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any substitution requests.

Can I reheat osechi?We strongly suggest NOT reheating osechi. Traditionally, osechi is eaten at room temperature. We suggest taking osechi out of the refridgerator 1 to 2 hours beforehand.
